CONSERVATION FAIR REMINDER
As many members know, the club has a decades-old tradition of providing a Greene County Fair display. We ask new and veteran members to help set up and dismantle, as well as staff, this display. Volunteers are also to set up and take down the fair exhibit. We meet at the Conservation Building on the county fairgrounds at 8 AM.
Throughout fair week, we need help from noon to 5:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The work is easy, watching over the display, selling club picnic and raffle tickets, and talking with fair visitors. Take time to also sample the fair refreshments and cooking in the county fair tradition...lots of saturated fats and calories.
The club provides fair passes for working members. This is our yearly chance to represent ourselves to the residents of Greene and surrounding counties. Let's do it up right... See you at the fair.
