Women's Auxiliary Information

Our Goals
Our goals are currently very modest and simple. We are looking to provide a fun filled, hands on forum where our club's female members and female spouses of our members can assemble and participate in activities often keyed towards women's related interests not otherwise provided at the GCF&G. It is our hope these alternative programs will enhance and ultimately expand overall member participation at the club. In addition to providing healthy social interaction, these programs are structured by design to provide ladies with adequate opportunities to learn fun new skills. It is our goal to build new and lasting friendships through this process.

How To Join
If you are the female spouse of a current GCF&G member or a current dues paying female member of the club, you are eligible and encouraged to join the GCF&G women's auxiliary. All members of the auxiliary are required to be at least 18 years of age. The Women's auxiliary meets the first Wednesday of every month. Our meetings are usually held at the clubhouse. Our meeting location may change from time to time if a scheduling conflict occurs with any club sponsored activity.

Annual dues are nominal and are collected at our January meeting for the entire upcoming year. Annual dues will be pro-rated by the number of months remaining for ladies who join during the middle of the year. You may attend one (1) of our meetings without having to pay any dues, so that you can determine if you are interested in joining. If you would like to "test the waters" at our next regular or another scheduled meeting please leave an e-mail message for us at womensaux@gcfng.com to let us know when you would like to attend.

Elections
Officers are elected annually by majority vote at the November meeting and will hold office for the duration of the upcoming year.
